The domain name www.ecovibes.store (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by Raa Technocrates a Proprietary firm with its registered office at 703, Paras Business Center, Carter Road No 1, Borivali East, Mumbai 400066, INDIA. (hereinafter referred to as “EcoVibes” or “EcoVibes.store”).
The Website is an electronic platform in the form of an electronic marketplace and an intermediary that provides a platform for EcoVibes to advertise, exhibit, make available and offer to sell various Products to other Users (who are buyers / customers). The Services are offered to the Users through various modes that may include issue of coupons and vouchers that can be redeemed for various Products.
Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. EcoVibes at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.

Risk of loss
All items purchased from ecovibes.store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
EcoVibes deals with upcycled, natural and mostly handmade products. EcoVibes and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, ecovibes.store does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by ecovibes.store itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing
EcoVibes do not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice or any consequential liability to any party’s.
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, in Indian Rupees (INR) represents the full price of the product excluding shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the shipping charges. With respect to items sold on ecovibes.store, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by ecovibes.store.
Shipping
Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of EcoVibes before you can proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address, which we expect to have on our partner/merchant’s delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by EcoVibes, in such cases EcoVibes will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
EcoVibes do deliver items internationally. However, this service is not available for direct online ordering as of today. Customers would need to write to us at our support email with item specifications and quantities after which the order will be processed offline.
In case you book multiple items in one order, EcoVibes would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics’ issues. If you purchase multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship Products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to ecovibes.store or to products you purchase through ecovibes.store shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Mumbai, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate ecovibes.store’s intellectual property rights, ecovibes.store may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act.
